Flex 3 / AIR Pre-release tour

If you've read my blog at all you know I've been really getting into Flex 3 and AIR. I encourage any "pure CF" developer to take a look at these technologies as they really, really, make front end development a heck of a lot cooler. Both products are getting close to final release, and in preparation, Adobe's Platform Evangelist team is traveling around the country giving demos and - of course - giving away some cool schwag. For a list of locations and dates, see http://flex.org/tour/. Looks like nothing in Louisiana though, which is too bad since it's Mardi Grad season!

Damnit 700km from Munich...sigh well I guess I won't be going. Perhaps next event will be in Munich.

Grrr not in Vancouver.

Too hard a sell to the boss to send me to a non CF event in Seattle. Nice idea though, looks like it could be fun and can't argue with free schway!

The Chicago one actually has conflicting dates.. The flex.org link says Feb 5 but the user group hosting it says Jan 18. I'll probably go if it's the Feb date, but can't go on the Jan date.

I'd like to go, unfortunately the laflex.org's try catch statements don't seem to be working for me to get more info ;)

Thankfully, I double-checked and I see that I confused the Flex Camp event with the Flex 3/AIR Pre-Release Tour. The Chicago dates are accurate after all.

I'm signed up for the Flex 3/AIR tour. W00T.
