Adobe announces public bug/enhancement database for ColdFusion

My last blog entry on the keynote at cfObjective had to be cut short, but I wanted to make sure folks got the news. Jason Delmore didn't get a chance to talk on it, but the slide was very clear. The "ColdFusion Open Process Initiative" will include both a public bug and enhancement request system. This is something people have been asking about for quite some time.

Jake Munson's Gravatar Do you know if this is going to be "released" with CF 9? Or are they planning to make this public before the CF 9 release?

Brian Meloche's Gravatar Ray basically blogged everything we know. I'm actually surprised he was able to get it all. The keynote was aborted and we don't know any more than that. I found it kind of ironic, since a more full disclosure might not happen until after Open BlueDragon releases its beta tomorrow night.
