For those who are celebrating it, have a happy 4th of July. I'll be out of the office today braving my first set of ribs on the grill. How hard can it be? (Especially with a few beers in me!)

@Brian: Awesome. It took a bit too long to cook. My only instructions were - 3 hours, low heat, and I made the heat a bit too low during the first two hours. I cranked it up a bit, and ended up burning the tips a bit, but the meat itself was incredible. Probably the best meat I've done on the grill.

Hard for me to set the heat low enough and not try to force them to cook faster. Need patience.
