Ah, I just discovered it - the slidesix.com logo in the bottom right, which I had assumed would link to the main site only, actually links to the presentation page.

Raymond, what happened to the code slide? The Code slide is blank, it has only title.
I don't do code in my PDFs. I do code in - well - code. If you click the link to go to the presentation page on slidesix, you will see a download link.
Actually, you can also click the little motion picture looking thing. That changes the UI and exposes a download button.
